- 250 g chestnut mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 large shallot (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 200 ml Pellegrino Marsala wine
- 200 ml double cream
- 2 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
- 2 tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
