- 450 g chicken breasts
- 2 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 400 g Fettucine pasta
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 limes (zest of 1 and juice of both)

- 75 ml chicken stock
- 1 green pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 lime (zested and juiced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 125 ml double cream
- 1 small jalapeno (seeds removed and sliced)
